GlobeBusters UK to Morocco Tour 2027 Competition – Terms & Conditions
ENTRY CONDITIONS
1. The GlobeBusters “UK to Morocco Tour 2027” Competition Draw (the “Competition Draw”) is open to individuals aged 25 years or over who hold a valid Full Category A motorcycle licence (unrestricted).
2. Entrants must be physically capable of undertaking a long-distance motorcycle tour and meet all standard GlobeBusters rider requirements.
3. By entering the Competition Draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form at https://www.globebusters.com/about-us/motorcycle-competitions/ . No purchase is necessary.
5. Only one standard entry per person is permitted.
6. Bonus Entry: Any individual who books any GlobeBusters tour between 1st May 2026 and 31st December 2026 will receive one additional entry into the Competition Draw per booking.
7. Entries on behalf of another person or joint submissions will not be accepted.
8. GlobeBusters Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
9. The Competition Draw opens on 1st May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st December 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

COMPETITION DETAILS
10. The winner will receive one free rider place on the GlobeBusters UK to Morocco Tour 2027 (Using own motorcycle).
11. The winner may choose between the following 2027 departures:
• Spring Tour: 19 April 2027 – 10 May 2027
• Autumn Tour: 20 September 2027 – 11 October 2027
12. The prize includes:
• Tour participation on a shared room basis
• All other services as listed on the GlobeBusters website for the Morocco 2027 tour.
13. The prize does NOT include:
• Motorcycle rental (the winner must supply their own motorcycle)
• All other exclusions as listed on the GlobeBusters website for the Morocco 2027 tour.
14. The winner has the option to upgrade at their own expense, including:
• Single room accommodation
• Single occupancy ferry cabin
• Add-on Pillion passenger (full tour price)
15. The winner is responsible for:
• Providing a suitable, roadworthy motorcycle
• Holding a valid passport with sufficient validity
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance (including motorcycle cover)
• Meeting all entry requirements for countries visited
• Complying with GlobeBusters booking conditions and safety requirements
16. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other tour.
17. The prize is valid only for the UK to Morocco Tour 2027 and cannot be transferred to any other GlobeBusters tour.

BOOKING PROTECTION CLAUSE
18. Entrants who book a place on the UK to Morocco Tour 2027 and subsequently win the Competition Draw will receive a full refund of the tour price paid to GlobeBusters Ltd.
19. This refund applies only to the tour cost and excludes any third-party costs such as ferry upgrades, flights, insurance, or personal expenses.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
20. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
21. The draw will take place on 1st January 2027.
22. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw.
23. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received, GlobeBusters Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
24. If the winner is unable to meet the tour requirements or declines the prize, GlobeBusters Ltd reserves the right to redraw.

GENERAL TERMS
25. The winner will be required to:
• Complete a GlobeBusters booking form on the relevant tour booking page.
• Agree to GlobeBusters Terms & Conditions
• Sign an Acknowledgement of Risk
26. GlobeBusters Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
27. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable promotional activity related to the Competition.
28. By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
29. Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and GlobeBusters’ Privacy Policy.
30. GlobeBusters Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of entering the Competition or taking the prize, except where required by law.
31. GlobeBusters Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
32. The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
